E-GLASS FIBER Gun Roving

1. Description

Spray up roving / Gun roving is compatible with Unsaturated Polyester, Vinyl resin and

Epoxy resin, applying in process of spray up and centrifugal casting, suitable to produce FRP

vessels, sanitary wares, swimming pools,storage tanks, HOBAS pipes, etc.

 2. Properties & Advantages

* ECR glass offering the products with good corrosion resistance.

* Excellent process-ability, good anti-static performance, low fuzz, suitable stiffness makes it with good chopping performance, good dispersion, flat laying performance and excellent vertical spray up performance. 

* Good wet-out performance, rapid wet-out in resins and good compatibility, easily bubbles out. 

* Approved UL certification, could satisfy production of FF and SF double wall tanks

4.Packing

Each bobbin is wrapped with PVC shrink bag or PE

viscous film, putting on pallet in arrangement of 4×4 as one

layer, each pallet with 3 layers (48 bobbins) or 4 layers (64

bobbins) of bobbins. As per customers’ request, the bobbins of one pallet

could be connected as a start to an end (creel packing). The whole pallet will be totally wrapped and fastened on

the fumigation-free pallets by shrink film.
